We’re a design studio focused on creating environments where brands and people connect—spaces that feel intentional, elevated, and built to deliver on specific objectives.
Founded in 2011 and informed by nearly two decades of experience in experiential design and production, we’ve developed an approach that balances creative vision with the realities of what it takes to actually build and execute these environments.
HOW WE WORK
We partner with clients in two ways: as an external creative partner, or by embedding within internal teams when additional design leadership or production capacity is needed.
Whether working alongside agencies and brand teams or directly within organizations, we lead creative direction, spatial design, and production oversight—adapting our role to support clear, aligned execution.
OUR APPROACH
We lead with design—ensuring every environment is rooted in strategic thinking and executed with precision.
Our process is flexible and collaborative. Some projects require full creative ownership from concept through strike. Others need us embedded within existing teams, providing design leadership and production expertise where gaps exist.
Either way, we stay involved through execution—managing vendors, leading on-site creative decisions, and ensuring the environment that gets built matches the vision that was approved.

Based in the Washington DC metropolitan area, we work with clients nationally—from Fortune 500 companies and cultural institutions to venture capital firms and luxury brands across technology, finance, hospitality, and entertainment.
Our team brings expertise across spatial design, production management, and creative strategy—informed by backgrounds in architecture, hospitality, and live events. We’ve managed projects ranging from intimate 50-person gatherings to large-scale activations for thousands.
