Brand Activation & Experiential Lounge

For Smirnoff, Posh & Luxe designed and produced a fully immersive brand activation centered around social interaction, atmosphere, and experiential engagement. The environment was developed as a multi-zone lounge experience that encouraged movement, discovery, and extended guest interaction throughout the event footprint.

The activation featured large-scale turf installation, custom lounge environments, branded bar activations, overhead garden lighting, and layered design elements that transformed the venue into a high-energy hospitality destination. Spatial planning was intentionally designed to balance guest flow with intimate moments, creating distinct zones for gathering, conversation, photo opportunities, and brand interaction while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the entire experience.

Interactive touchpoints and experiential design details were integrated throughout the environment to deepen audience engagement and reinforce brand presence in an organic, social setting. Lighting, furnishings, textures, and environmental styling worked together to create a vibrant atmosphere that felt both elevated and approachable.

From concept through on-site execution, Posh & Luxe managed the experiential environment to support seamless guest flow, visual impact, and operational functionality for an audience of more than 500 attendees.
