The Zillow State of Home Brand Activation featured custom fabrication and experiential installations by Posh & Luxe, transforming the event venue into an immersive branded environment that reinforced Zillow’s commitment to expanding access to homeownership.
The activation featured a custom architectural entry arch, bespoke real estate-inspired welcome and “For Sale” sign installations, dimensional wood branding, branded bar façades, custom environmental door graphics, interactive entry experiences, custom floral installations, and handcrafted activation elements that carried Zillow’s visual identity throughout the one-day event.
Inspired by the campaign theme that “the door to homeownership” can be unlocked through innovation and collaboration, the activation translated Zillow’s national messaging into a cohesive physical experience through architectural fabrication, branded environmental graphics, custom signage, and interactive installations.
Posh & Luxe managed the project from design development for fabrication through production, installation, and on-site execution, ensuring the approved creative concept was executed with precision and premium craftsmanship throughout the Zillow State of Home Brand Activation.
