When will my order be ready for pickup or shipping?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the item. Some items may require additional time. You’ll receive pickup instructions or tracking information as soon as your order is ready.
What are my options for pickup or shipping large items?
We offer several convenient options:
Local Pickup: Items can be picked up by appointment from our Rockville, MD location within 3–5 business days, depending on the item. Some items may require additional time.
Buyer-Arranged Shipping: Buyers are welcome to arrange and pay for their own freight or shipping. We’re happy to assist with loading and coordinate with your chosen provider.
Delivery: Delivery may be available for an additional fee, determined by the items purchased and your location. Please contact us for details.
Shipping Quotes: If you need help finding a shipping provider, we can recommend third-party freight services that other customers have used.
Can I reserve an item to purchase later?
We’re unable to hold or reserve items. Due to high demand and limited quantities, all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I return or exchange an item after purchase?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of this exclusive clearance, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
How limited is the stock?
Extremely limited. Most items are available in small quantities, and once they’re sold, they won’t be restocked.
